Anyone in the world I published my last post to "Anyone in the world" (which really means "Anyone with uncensored internet access"), and it showed up in the RSS feed for All Blogs and in the RSS feed for my blog. This latter appearance (in the feed for just my blog) is a pleasant surprise. Further exploration reveals that there are not RSS feeds for tags.
I'll publish this post as "Anyone on this site" and if it doesn't show up in my RSS feed then I'll switch it to "Anyone with uncensored internet access."
UPDATE: This post didn't show up in my RSS feed when it was published to "Anyone on this site," so I've now switched it to "Anyone with uncensored internet access."
